It is agreed between Bruce Harris& Associates , hereinafter called"Contractor" and Macon County, hereinafter called"Macon County"that the Contractar will begin work immediately upon execution of this contract by Macon County and that all work and services as described in this contract and listed under"Items and Services to be Delivered" will be completed within 24 to 30 months from the date of the aerial photography. 2. It is agreed the contractor will begin delivering E-91 I road centerline files and GIS parce!files within 3 months from the date of photography and the entire E-911 road centerline file and applicarions will be delivered within 9 months from the date of the aeria! photography. 3. It is agreed that the Contractor will be paid by Macon County the sum of$29a,476.(?0 {Two hundred ninety thousand four hundred and seventy six dollars)for compensation for these services. 4_ It is agreed the above sum as described in paragraph 3 will be paid by Macon County as foilows: 1998 $117,619.00 1999 $57,619.00 2000 $57,619.00 aaol $s7,619.00 5, It is agreed the Contractor will submit monthly invoices and reports detailing the work � k" ro ress.Macon Count a rees to a all thst has been com leted and the wor m p g y S P Y P reasonable invoices within 60 days of receipt. Monthly invoices are not to exceed the annual amounts, for each year, as described in paragraph 4, unless requested by Macan II County. 6. It is agreed that if the total number of parcels mapped exceeds 53,500 the contraetor will he paid an additional amount of�3.81 for each additional parcel over 53,500. , TERM OF CONTRACT This contract shall be in farce from the date of execution af this contract and may be revised periodica!!y subject to renegotiation concerning the services provided and the amount of the services, should the sarvices differ from those outlined in ihe cantract.
