� �Information System" dated February 11, 1998 between Macon County, Illinois and Bruce Harris &Associates, Inc., attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit B; and, NOW, TIiEREFORE, in consideration of the following provisions the City and County agree as follows: l. The City and County will cooperate in the development of additional GIS services as is set forth in the addendum to the agreement to the contract dated February 11, 1998 (see Exhibit B), which includes 80 square miles that proximate the boundaries of the City of Decatur. 2. The City and County agree that the County shall have no responsibility to provide computer hardware and/or softwaze to the City of Decatur in connection with said project. 3. The City agrees that County GIS data or product data required therefore shall be used for governmental purposes only, and that the GIS Data is copyrighted material and the City and the County agree to not sell,transfer or otherwise publish without the express written consent of both entities; and if the City or County receive any income from the sale of any of this information it will be shared 50/�0. The Digital Ortho Photographs shall be jointly owned by the City and the County. 4. In consideration of the development of additional services as set forth in the addendum agreement(Exhibit B) the City agrees to pay to the County the sum of$229,000 which said sum shall be paid by the City of Decatur as statements are provided to the City for services rendered. It is expected that the services rendered will be spread out over a three-yeaz period.
