. —o�� r�i -�a�c p. y <br /> ADDENDUM AGREEMENT <br /> Macon County,Illinois hereby orders from Bruce Hatris&Associates,Inc.(hereafter ! <br /> called the C:ontractor)additional services for the comprehensive Geographic Inforn�ation ', <br /> System currently being produced by the contractor for Macon County. It is understood ' <br /> that Macon County is adding this addendum,to the original contract with the contractor, <br /> because the City of Decatur is interested in participating in the Macon County geographic <br /> inforn�ation system It is also understood that these additionaI services,as listed below, <br /> have been requested by the City of Decatur and it is also understood that the City of <br /> Decatur will compensate Macon County for these scrviccs. It is agreed that the City of <br /> Decaha will enter into a inter-governmental agreement with Macon County for the <br /> additional services acid upon execution of the inter-govenunental agreement by Macon <br /> County and the City of Decatur,Macon County will authorize the contractor to proceed <br /> with the additional services requested. The additional services requested aze: <br /> Aerial Photography <br />' The contractor will acquire black-and-white aeria)photography m the spring 1999 ttying <br /> season. The project azea wiil encompass the City of Decatur and a one mile buffer area <br /> around the city.The City of Decatur is approximately 80 squaze miles in area.The <br /> photography will be used to produce digital orthophotos with+/- 3 feet accuracy. All <br /> aerial photography within the project azea will be at a 1"=600' scale to produce digitat <br /> orthophotos with half foot pixcl resolution and wi11 be suitable for 2' contour mapping. <br /> The digital orthophotos will be delivered to the county on CD-ROM. <br /> Ground Control <br /> Survey ground controt wiil be provided to achieve the accuracy kvel required.The control <br /> will be pmvided by registered Iand surveyors and a map identifying the necessary control <br /> points will be provided by the contractor, to Macon Caunty,for approvaL The projeci <br /> area will require a minimum of 56 control points. <br /> Cadastral Tag Maps <br /> The cadastral tax maps will be constructed in an Arc/Info coverage as outlined within the <br /> contract, however,all parcel line inforn�ation will be constructed to match the new digital <br /> orthophotography. <br />
