The intent is to describe <br /> functional duties and responsibilities rather than specific <br /> actions, and this Exhibit shall not be construed as excluding <br /> certain actions or tasks merely because they are not expressly <br /> listed herein if the same are necessary to fulfill a listed duty or <br /> responsibility. All listed duties are to be performed by the City <br /> - the description of same as either "City" or "County" is for ease <br /> of reference only and refers to the party which performed the duty <br /> prior to the effective date of this Agreement: <br /> Monitor and answer all 9-1-1 and non emergency public safety <br /> tele hone <br />� p numbers. <br /> Dispatching for Macon County Sheriff's Office Units, Court <br /> Officers, Macon County Probation, E.S.D.A. , Macon County <br /> Volunteer Fire Protection Districts, Macon County Corner, and <br /> Park Police. <br /> Dispatching for the following police departments: <br /> 1. Warrensburg Police Department <br />' 2 . Argenta Police Department <br /> 3. Oreana Police Department <br />' 4. Maroa Police Department <br /> 5. Niantic Police Department <br /> 6 . Mt. Zion Police Department <br /> 7 . Blue Mound Police Departments. <br /> Monitoring of the following State Agencies: <br /> 1. Police <br /> 2 . Parole <br />' 3. Secretary of State Police <br /> 4 .
