A thermal imaging camera allows firefighters to visualize victims in darkness or <br /> smoke filled atmospheres. ' <br /> Funding for the cameras will be from three sources: Junior Welfare Association will donate �, <br /> funds for one camera. A private citizen has agreed to donate funds for one camera, and the City �, <br /> has funds for one camera in the FY98-99 budget. ��I <br /> It is staff recommendation to accept the low bid of International Safety Instrument Inc. to furnish <br /> three (3) 1999 ISII Vision 3 hand held thermal imaging cameras for $12,600 each or $37,800 <br /> total. <br />
