RESOLUTION NO. R99-24 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR � <br /> MANAGEMENT OF DECATUR PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM ' <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the specifications for submitting proposals to manage the Decatur Public <br /> Transit System, a copy of which is hereby received and filed with the City Clerk be, and the same <br /> is hereby, approved and ratified. <br /> Section 2. T'hat the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a <br /> Request for Proposals to be published once in Passenger Transport. <br /> Section 3.
