"Exhibit A" � � EQUAL EMPLOY?d:NT OPPORTUNITY In the event of the contractor's non-campliance with ti�e provisions of this Equal =a�ployment Opportunity Clause, the Illinois Human Rights Act o: t'�e Rules aad Regulations o� the Illinois Department of Human Rights ("Department"} , the contrac- tor may be declared inelicible for future contracts or subcon- tracts with the State of Illinois or any of its political subdi- visions or municipal corporations, and the contract may be cancelled or voided in whole or in part, and such other sarictions or penalties may be imposed or remedies invoked as provided by ' - statute or regulation.
