"Exhibit A" <br /> � � EQUAL EMPLOY?d:NT OPPORTUNITY <br /> In the event of the contractor's non-campliance with ti�e <br /> provisions of this Equal =a�ployment Opportunity Clause, the <br /> Illinois Human Rights Act o: t'�e Rules aad Regulations o� the <br /> Illinois Department of Human Rights ("Department"} , the contrac- <br /> tor may be declared inelicible for future contracts or subcon- <br /> tracts with the State of Illinois or any of its political subdi- <br /> visions or municipal corporations, and the contract may be <br /> cancelled or voided in whole or in part, and such other sarictions <br /> or penalties may be imposed or remedies invoked as provided by ' <br /> - statute or regulation.
