Couter, orporation Couns , <br /> �� <br /> ; <br /> RE: Long Creek Township Agreement � I <br /> The City of Decatur and Long Creek Township have had an agreement since at <br /> least 1994 concerning the City's supply of water on a back-up basis to Long Creek. <br /> The City and Long Creek have recently concluded negotiations regarding a successor <br /> agreement effective January 1, 1999. <br /> The only significant change will involve the relocation of the delivery point for City <br /> water [Section 7(a)].
