� ` E%HIBIT A NOTICE OF SALE OF RFAi E TATE The City of Decatur, Illinois, will receive and consider offers from any and all interested parties for the purchase of the following described real estate, owned by the City: Commencing 25 feet East of the South West comer of Lot Eleven(11) in the West 1/2 of the South West 1/4 of Section Ten(10), Township Sixteen(16)North, Range Two East of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat recorded in Circuit Court Record D, Page 242 of the Records of Macon County; thence East 40 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence West 40 feet; thence South 150 feet to the place of beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. (Commonly known as 1048 W. King Street) The property is currently a vacant lot owned by the City. Offers to purchase should be submitted to the City Clerk on or before March 12, 1999, at 5:00 p.m. The City Clerk's office is located on the third floor of the Decatur Civic Center, 1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois. Offers submitted after such time will not be considered, except at the discretion of City Council.
