� <br /> ` E%HIBIT A <br /> NOTICE OF SALE OF RFAi E TATE <br /> The City of Decatur, Illinois, will receive and consider offers from any and all interested <br /> parties for the purchase of the following described real estate, owned by the City: <br /> Commencing 25 feet East of the South West comer of Lot Eleven(11) in the West 1/2 of <br /> the South West 1/4 of Section Ten(10), Township Sixteen(16)North, Range Two East <br /> of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat recorded in Circuit Court Record D, Page 242 of the Records <br /> of Macon County; thence East 40 feet; thence North 150 feet; thence West 40 feet; thence <br /> South 150 feet to the place of beginning. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> (Commonly known as 1048 W. King Street) <br /> The property is currently a vacant lot owned by the City. <br /> Offers to purchase should be submitted to the City Clerk on or before March 12, 1999, at <br /> 5:00 p.m. The City Clerk's office is located on the third floor of the Decatur Civic Center, 1 <br /> Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois.
