Sanctions for Noncompliance: In the event of the Consultant's noncompliance <br /> with the nondiscrimination provisions of this agreement, the Client will impose <br /> such agreement sanctions including, but not limited to, withholding of payments <br /> to the Consultant under this agreement until the Consultant complies, and/or <br /> cancellation, termination, or suspension of this agreement, in whole or in part. <br />' F. Incorporation of Provisions: <br /> The Consultant shall include the provisions of paragraphs A through E of this <br /> section in every subagreement, including procurements of materials and leases of <br /> equipment, unless exempt by the regulations, orders, or instructions issued <br /> pursuant thereto. <br /> XX. SUBLETTING, ASSIGNMENT, OR TRANSFER <br /> Subconsultant will provide services within the Scope of Services, attached as Exhibit <br /> ��A�� <br /> Any other subletting, assignment, or transfer of any services to be performed by the <br /> Consultant requires prior written consent of the Client. <br /> The Consultant shall enter in to an agreement with its Subconsultant for work covered <br /> under this agreement. No right-of-action against the Client will accrue ta any Subconsultant by <br /> reason of this agreement. <br /> 17 <br />
