The City will review and give final comments and directions to the consultant's work <br /> products (technical memorandum and draft final report documents) within ten <br /> calendar days of receiving these from the Consultant. <br /> Changes in the scope of services, including additional public involvement activities, will <br /> be cause to extend the due date for the submission of the final report. <br /> XXIII. ALL ENCOMPASSED <br /> This instrument embodies the whole agreement of the parties. There are no promises, <br /> terms, conditions, or obligations other than contained herein, and this agreement supersedes all <br /> previous communications, representations, or other agreements or c�ntracts, either oral or <br /> written hereto. <br /> 20 <br />
