The Selection Committee and staff have negotiated the terms of the contract with <br /> Wilbur Smith in an amount not to exceed $95,000. The final deliverables will be due to the City <br /> of Decatur/DUATS by November 9, 1999. The final study will be delivered to IDOT by Decem- <br /> ber 1, 1999 in order to meet the federal deadline for the 2025 Long Range Transportation Plan. <br /> This project will be funded with an 80% match from IDOT and 20% local match. <br /> The Selection Committee consisted of a five member panel including: Bruce McNabb, Chair; <br /> Cecil Collins; Paul McChancy, Director of Macon County Planning and Zoning; Bill Monson, <br /> County Engineer; and Jamie Bowden, Mt.
