City staff recommends approval. <br /> 563 S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive-NSI #9802674. Case started 07-24-98. Utilities <br /> terminated 08-26-97. Severe state of deterioration all around. Structure not secured and <br /> apparently abandoned. Subject of neighborhood complaints. <br /> 601 E. Decatur-NSI #9603921. Case started 08-09-96. Unable to resolve with a regular <br /> housing case. Owner now deceased. Severe state of deterioration all around. Subject of <br /> numerous call-in complaints. Structure is not secured. <br /> 1354 E. William -NSI #9803437. Case started 10-14-98. Severe state of deterioration <br /> throughout. Roof leaks and dangerous electrical creating fire hazard. Numerous complaints from <br /> neighbors of drug dealing and prostitution activity occun-ing daily. Owner has long history of <br /> operating unsafe rental structures. <br /> 819-21 N. Edward -NSI #9603685. Case started 07-26-96. Unable to resoive with a regular <br /> housing case. Several fires have caused extensive damage in many apartments. No attempt made <br /> by owner to correct deficiencies caused by fire. Large section of roof burned away. Owner <br /> continued to rent out apartments after building was posted as unfit for human habitation. <br /> 1269 E. Willard -NSI #9803167. Case started 09-15-98. Severe state of deterioration all <br /> around. Front porch missing. Subject of numerous neighborhood complaints. Not secured. <br />
