Assists the Mar.ager in de-:eloping, <br /> impl�menting and coordinating emergency communication �ciicies and <br /> proc�dur=s to ensure accurate and etficient c'ispatchir.c o� emergency <br /> serv:�es to the ceneral public. <br /> 2. Supe^rises subordir_ates engaged in the c;s�atc:ing of z-ergency <br /> serv_ces; assists in the development and im�lementatior_ �� training <br /> proc_ams to er.sure employee proficiency; CC_^_CllCts tra�-_�g as assigned; <br /> eval�ates employee performance, recommends emalcyee dis�'_p�ine. <br /> 3 . Rece:•res and dispatches both emergency and nen-emerger_c_• rect:ests for <br /> T�l:b'1_� satecy serrices �rcm both the ge^era� public ar_c �iser agencies. <br /> 4. Mee�s and confe_s with ether division me:nbers to review �odi=ications <br /> in c�arat'_or.al �rccedures and assist resolv�r_g any ope=�_:ng problems; <br /> conie_s with ot�er agencies to exchange ir.*cr^�ation en �a'_'s and � <br /> acti:�_ties of cemmon concern. <br /> 5 . Assi�cs the Mar_ager in implementing and coord�.natir.g t=e ir_stailation, <br /> oper��'_on, mair.tenance and repair of various commur:ica�=�ns ec;uipment. <br /> 6. Assis�s �'�e Manacer in the acimir.istratior., maintenance �^.d validaticn of <br /> the �::.IC/LEADS in�ormat�on systems records. <br /> 7. PrepG_es and YeV1fl�.JS various reports, records ar.d docur,:e^.ts pertaining <br /> to t:� Emergency Communications Center. <br /> 8 . Serves on committees and r�presents the Commur_ications �_°�ision at <br /> iunc�'_ons as assigned. <br /> 9. Ensu=�s adherence to applicable Federal Communications C�mmission <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> 10. Perf��-ms related duties as required. <br />
