Couter, rporation Counse �,IG <br /> RE: Kids-N-Fitness ( <br /> In order to construct and occupy the new Kids-N-Fitness child care center, located on <br /> Southside Drive, Robert O'Connell was required to convey an easement to the City for fire <br /> protection purposes. This was necessary for compliance with the City's fire protection codes. <br /> Mr. O'Connell has done so, the easement has been recorded, and Council acceptance will <br /> serve to place the easement in the official records of the Clerk's office. <br /> JWC:ps <br /> cc: Wendy L.
