Collins, ., Community Development Director � <br /> SUBJECT: Downstate Operating Assistance Grant Agreement for FY'99 <br /> Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will authorize the execution of a Downstate <br /> Operating Assistance Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation. Under terms of <br /> the agreement, the State will reimburse the City for 49% of the eligible operating expenses of the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System in FY 1999. The State portion of the mass transit operating <br /> budget will be $1,146,480 for FY 1999. <br />
