� <br /> s <br /> ., , <br /> , ► <br /> Attached are four ordinances and one resolution which must be voted upon prior to the � ' <br /> Macon County Clerk extending the property tax roll. They are as follow: <br /> 1. Ordinance establishing the 1998 property tax levy for the City of Decatur. <br /> 2. Ordinance partially abating the 1989 Corporate Purpose Bonds using Motor Fuel <br /> Tax and State Income Tax. The 1989 bonds were issued to pay for the City's <br /> portion of the Brush College Road improvements, and dredging Lake Decatur. <br /> 3. Ordinance abating the entire 1991 General Obligation Bonds with the I995 <br /> Refunding General Obligation Bond proceeds. The 1991 bonds were issued to pay <br /> for Fire Station#1; dredging Lake Decatur, and MLK extension. <br /> 4. Ordinance abating the 1998 General Obligation Bonds with local sales taxes. The <br /> 1998 bonds were issued to partially pay for the rehabilitation of the new Library <br /> facility. <br /> 5. Resolution authorizing the entire use of Motor Fuel Tax for the payment of <br /> principal and interest for the 1989 bond. <br />
