FOR THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR STORM WATER PLAN UPDATE <br /> CITY PROJECT 9635 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TI� COUNCIL OF TF� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That a Contact for the City of Decatur Storm Water Plan Update, City Project <br /> 9635, between the City of Decatur and Clark Dietz, Inc., presented herewith be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the Contract for the City of Decatur Storm Water Plan Update, City <br /> Project 9635, between the City of Decatur and Clark Dietz, Inc., be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Clark Dietz, for said Contract for <br /> the City of Decatur Storm Water Plan Update, City Project 9635, for said price of not to exceed <br /> $ 68,940.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1998. <br /> Terry M.
