� <br /> , � <br /> PART II <br /> CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> City shall, at its expense, do the following in a timely manner so as not to delay the services: <br /> A. INFORMATION/REPORTS <br /> Provide CDI with reports, studies, site characterizations,regulatory decisions and similar <br /> information relating to the Services that CDI may rely upon without independent verification <br /> unless specifically identified as requiring such verification. <br /> B. REPRESENTATIVE <br /> Designate a representative for the project who shall have the authority to transmit instructions, <br /> receive information, interpret and define City's requirements and make decisions with respect to <br /> the Services. The City representative for this Agreement will be Stephen P. Swanson, P.E., City <br /> Engineer. <br /> C. DECISIONS <br /> Provide all criteria and full information as to City's requirements for the Services and make <br /> timely decisions on matters relating to the Services. <br /> 4 <br />
