__. . <br /> � .� . � • <br /> �- <br /> � MACON COUNTY HOARD RESOLIITION FOR <br /> JURISDICTIONAL TRANSFER <br /> _ OF OLD CH 31 ROW <br /> RESOLIITION NO. H-714-10-96 <br /> WHEREAS, County Highway 31 was relocated in conjunction with <br /> an IDOT project improving the South Shore Drive intersection with <br /> US Route 51; and <br /> WHEREAS, the portion of County Highway 31 on the north side <br /> of South Shore Drive was made a stub access road no longer <br /> connecting to US Route 51; and • " <br /> WHEREAS, the County no longer has a use for this stub which <br /> leads to property owned by the Decatur Park District; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Decatur Park District is agreeable to a <br /> jurisdictional transfer of said section. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Macon County Board <br /> that it hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Macon County Board <br /> to sign all papers required to complete a jurisdictional transfer <br /> of the 477 foot access stub to the Decatur Park District . The <br /> jurisdictional transfer shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> Illinois Department of Transportation. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk is hereby <br /> directed to transmit three certified copies of this Resolution to <br /> the State through its District Engineer ' s Office at Paris, IL. <br /> BE IT FURTfiER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall become <br /> effective immediately upon the adoption thereof . <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED, AND RECORDED this lOth day of " <br /> ' October, 1996 . <br /> AYES 16 NAYS 0 MACON COUNTY BOARD <br /> PRESENT 0 MACON COUNTY, ILLINOIS <br /> By: � <br /> - ,'?'1,e ' <br /> E <br /> oe .
