s , ' r Uoo� fvl V �� i PAGE � ' ' ANNEXATION AGREEMENT This Annexation Agreement made by and befinreen the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation ("City") and Executor of Ernest E. Dragstrem Estate and The First National Bank of Decatur, Trustee, under Agreement for Harold E. Dragstrem, ("Owners"). WHEREAS, Ernest E. Dragstrem Estate and The First National Bank, Trustee under Agreement for Harold E. Dragstrem, are the owners of the following described premises: All of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Sec. 30, T 17 N, R 3 E of the 3rd P.M., except that part of said Half-Quarter section lying North and West of the Easterly right-of-way line of S.B.I. Route 48, as per Plat recorded in Book 646 Page 586 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, also except that part taken for highway purposes by Deed recorded in Book 1784 Page 140 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; also except that part thereof that is contained in the Dedication of Right-of-Way for Public Road purposes that is recorded as Document No. 1410869 in Book 2594 Page 135, of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; ("Premises"), which Premises are outside of the corporate limits of the City and not contiguous thereto; and, WHEREAS, Owners desire to annex said Premises to the City when contiguous, but only upon certain terms and conditions; and, WHEREAS, the City agrees that said terms and conditions, as contained herein, are reasonable and acceptable; and, WHEREAS, hearings have been held and notice given as required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations made and assumed herein, and pursuant to authority of 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-1 et seq., the City and Owners agree as follows: 1.
