. • ,� . <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF DECATUR <br /> AND <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> The contract between the City of Decatur ("CONTRACTOR") and the State of <br /> Illinois, Department of Transportation ("DEPARTMENT"), effective for the period <br /> commencing July 1, 1998 and terminating June 30, 1999, is hereby amended, <br /> by agreement of both parties, as follows: <br /> The renewed contract shall be amended to allow for an increase in <br /> compensation from $18,406 to $26,483 (See Appendix B). <br /> r <br /> The undersigned determine that this change is in the best interest of the State <br /> and is authorized by law. <br /> All provisions of the original contract, not amended herein, shall remain in full <br /> force and effect. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF the CONTRACTOR and DEPARTMENT have caused this <br /> Amendment to be executed.
