PART III <br /> COMPENSATION, BILLING AND PAYMENT <br /> Client shall pay TSI for the Services in accordance with the following: <br /> Compensation fo�the Services will be as stated below. TSI will bill the Client no less frequently <br /> than monthly, with net payment due in 30 days. <br /> The bill will consist of a calculation of the amount of lump sum due based on percentage of <br /> project completed and/or for the actual footage televised during the billing period. <br /> Two copies of the final T.V. Inspection Report and one copy of the videotape will be provided and <br /> included in the stated prices. MANHOLE INVESTIGATIONS <br /> 60"�X 0'to 20'deep-$250.00 per each <br /> 60"�X 21'to 30'deep-$250.00 per each <br /> 60"�X 31'to 40' deep-$320.00 per each <br /> 60"�X over 40' deep—$450.00 per each <br /> Irregular shaped or box type structure-$450.00 per each <br /> C. EMERGENCY OR"ON-CALL"SERVICES (24 HRS./DAY—7 DAYSM/EEK) <br /> 1. SMOKE TESTING- <br /> $100.00 per hour plus$100.00 per case of smoke. Includes fumishing and <br /> distributing notices to residents. <br /> 2. CLEANING OF SEWERS-to allow camera to pass through <br /> $150.00 per hour <br /> 3. ADDITIONAL SEWER TELEVISING— <br /> Will be charged at the agreed upon unit price rate in Item A and B above. <br /> 4. ON-SITE FIELD ENGINEERING AND INVESTIGATION- to locate lost or buried <br /> manholes. Verify changes in sewer line locations that are not on record with the <br /> City Engineering office including surveying and drafting: <br /> Field Survey/Recon-$80.00 per hour <br /> Drafting and Office Engineering-$50.00 per hour <br /> The above fee structure is an estimate of our basic services offered and are negotiable based on <br /> the extent of each service required. <br /> 6 <br />
