heating, ventilating and air conditioning BAS replacement and all <br /> of the component parts in their entirety, each fully synchronized <br /> with the overall heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. <br /> "Substantial Completions" is sometimes referred to in the contract <br /> documents as "fuliy complete" . . <br /> (4) Warranties required by the contract documents shall <br /> commence on the date of substantial completion of the work, <br /> irrespective of the date of commencement of any manufacturer' s <br /> warranty. <br /> 6. Mechanics Liens . <br /> Each time the Contractor requests the Authority for payment <br /> pursuant to paragraph 5 above, the Contractor shall provide all <br /> statements and affidavits required by the Illinois Mechanics Lien � <br /> Act (the "Act" ) , including Section 5 thereof, and in such form as '� <br /> provided therein to protect the Authority against mechanics or <br /> other liens and the Contractor hereby acknowledges receipt of <br /> notice from the Authority to furnish same. Such application as <br /> described in paragraph 5 hereof shall also be accompanied by a <br /> written waiver of lien from the Contractor as well as all <br /> Subcontractors and material suppliers . The forms of the Section 5 <br /> Affidavit and Waivers of Lien which must be submitted with each <br /> application by Contractor for payment are attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit 6. <br /> 7 . Bonds . The Contractor and surety of the Contractor will <br /> execute, present and deliver to the Authority simultaneously with <br /> -8- <br />
