11 . Laws and Regulations . <br /> (a) The Contractor agrees to perform all work included in the <br /> project in accordance with all Federal, State and local <br /> governmental laws, rules, regulations, ordinance and codes <br /> including but not limited to, those laws, rules and regulations <br /> promulgated by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the <br /> United States Occupational Safety and Health Act as well as any <br /> other Federal, State and local governmental agency or unit having <br /> jurisdiction over the project. <br /> (b) The Contractor and any and all subcontractors shall pay <br /> to all laborers, workman and mechanics as are employed by <br /> Contractor any and all subcontractors in the project at the site <br /> not less than the then prevailing rate of wages in accordance with <br /> 820 ILCS 130/1 through 130/12 as found by the Authority or <br /> Department of Labor, State of Illinois or determined by a Court on <br /> review. If said rate is changed or revised during the term of this <br /> Contract, then such changed or revised rate shall apply to the <br /> performance of the remainder of the work required for completion of <br /> the project. Attached to this contract, incorporated herein and <br /> made a part hereof are the current prevailing wages for Macon <br /> County, Illinois, as found by the Illinois Department of Labor as <br /> of December 1, 1997, and which are effective under the terms of <br /> this Contract. <br /> -11- <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> � <br />
