The terms of this Contract as to <br /> insurance requirements and Certificates of Insurance shall survive <br /> the termination or execution of this Contract. <br /> (k} General. The name and address of the Certificate holder <br /> shall be stated as follows : Decatur Metropolitan Exposition, <br /> Auditorium and Office Building Authority, One Gary R. Anderson <br /> Plaza, P. 0. Box 380, Decatur, IL 62525 . The Authority reserves <br /> the right at any time to require a copy of the entire policy or <br /> policies, provided however, the Certificate so issued, as described <br /> above, must, in and of itself, comply with all requirements stated <br /> herein and be a document on which the Authority may re?y for full <br />, compliance by Contractor with paragraph 8 hereof. Failure to <br /> provide satisfactory Certificates showing the required insurance, <br /> or provide a copy of the entire policy, if requested by the <br /> Authority, shall be cause for the Authority to terminate any rights <br /> of Contractor under this Contract by verbal notice alone to <br /> Contractor. <br /> (1) Maintenance of Insurance.
