These funds were approved in the 1998/1999 budget and by the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development. The funds will be used for operating costs, a <br /> CPTED program for low/mod income homeowners, and a low/mod income youth program. <br /> The attached resolution authorizes an agreement with CONO. <br /> Attachment <br /> , <br />
