. + <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 6th__ �ay of July, 1998 by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City") and the Coalitio of Nelghborhood Org ni�atinnS <br /> (CONOI (herein called the "Subrecipient"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Government <br /> under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, TF�REFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. Activities <br /> The subrecipient will be responsible for administering Fiscal Year 98-99 funds for the <br /> purpose of CPTED Grants, Youth Programs&Neighborhood Education in a manner <br /> satisfactory to the City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of <br /> the funds. In addition,the CDBG funds will be used for planning and administrative <br /> costs. <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The funds provide a grant for Crime Prevention renovations of low-moderate households. <br /> Youth education for low/moderate youth, and neighborhood education. <br /> General Administration <br /> B. T.evels of Accom�+li m .n <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, the <br /> Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services: <br /> Ac� ��ner Month Total_UrLts <br /> � CPTED N/A Minimum of 10 households <br />
