R98-87 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A <br /> REPRESENTATIVE TO SIGN GRANT DOCUMENTS i <br /> CITY OF DECATUR NITRATE CONTROL I <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That application provisions for State grants require that the City of Decatur <br /> authorize a representative to sign the grant application forms and supporting documents as well <br /> as the grant agreement. <br /> Section 2. That James L.
