That the Council hereby determines that the minutes of those closed sessions <br /> of the Council conducted on the dates shown on Exhibit A hereto no longer require confidential <br /> treatment and are hereby approved and made available for public inspection qn and after the <br /> effective date hereof. <br /> Section 2.
