� �• � <br /> , , • <br /> 2. Process and analyze sixth year of data collection. The sixth year of data will be <br /> processed for water discharge (flow), nitrate concentrations, and nitrate loading for all eight <br /> stations in the monitoring network. All sixth years will be appended and analyzed to determine <br /> any changes in flow and nitrates over time. <br /> 3. Public education. Assist the City of Decatur in public education by presenting the <br /> results of the data collection efforts at public and community meetings throughout the watershed. <br /> 4. Proposal development. Cooperate with the City of Decatur in developing proposals <br /> to state and federal agencies for implementing long-term managementpractices that could reduce <br /> nitrate levels in the Lake Decatur watershed. <br /> 5. Prepare a final report. The final report will include summaries of the sixth year data <br /> collection and the comparative analysis of all six years of data. The report shall contain <br /> discussions of the results of precipitation records, stream flow, nitrate concentrations, and nitrate <br /> loading for the eight stations listed in table 1 during the study period. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> The main product that will be delivered to the city will be the final report that <br /> summarizes the results of the study. A draft of this report will be delivered to the City of <br /> Decatur for their review no later than six weeks after the close of the data collection period, with <br /> the final draft to be delivered no later than 3 months after the close of the collection period. <br /> REFERENCES <br /> Keefer, L., M.
