4. Reproduction of reports, drawings, and specifications. <br /> 5. Postage and shipping charges for project-related materials. <br /> 6. Engineer agrees to use its best efforts to perform the services within the billing <br /> limils stated above and in accordance with tlie agreed upon performance <br /> schedules. lf, at any time, Engineer has reason to believe that the cost of the <br /> services will be greater, Engineer shall promptly iiotify Owner to that effect, <br /> giving a revised billing limit for performance of the services. <br /> Owner will not be obligated to reimburse Engineer for costs incurred in excess of <br /> the billing limits specified above, nor shall Engineer be obligated to continue <br /> performance under this Agreement or otherwise incur costs in excess of that <br /> amount, unless and until Owner notifies Engineer in writing that the billing limits <br /> have been increased to cover the services, and has specified in such notice revised <br /> billing limits for the services in question. When and to the extent that the billing <br /> limits have been increased, any costs incurred by Engineer, in excess of the <br /> billing limits prior to their increase shall be allowable to the same extent as if such <br /> costs had been incurred after the increase in the billing limits was approved. <br /> C. Monthly payments shall be made to Engiiieer by Owner basecl on Engineer's <br /> statement. The statement shall be itemized to indicate the amount of work <br /> performed and the associated reimbursable expenses and subcontract c�sts. <br /> D. The entire amount of each statement stiall be due and payable upon receipt by <br /> Owner.
