That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 9722, CDBG Sidewalk <br /> Replacement Project, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of PAV, Inc.,be accepted and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and PAV, Inc., for said <br /> improvements for their bid price of$97,313.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1998. <br /> ' TE .
