Swanson, P.E., City Engineer � <br /> SUBJECT: CDBG Sidewalk Replacement Project <br /> City Project 9722 <br /> This year's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) sidewalk replacement program <br /> will be located in the area generaily bounded by Jasper Street on the east, Grand Street on the <br /> north, 17th Street on the east and Main Street on the south. The work involves the removal and <br /> replacement of existing sidewalk that is in poor condition. This program is expected to replace <br /> about 33,000 square feet of sidewalk. <br /> The project was prepared by the Engineering Division. The project was advertised and bids <br /> were received and opened on March 26, 1998, for this project.
