Also, vehicular <br /> access would be provided from L. & A. Industrial Drive , which is south of the subject tract and <br /> e�ends easterly to Brush College Road. Staff has discussed with the developers matters relative <br /> to an earth berm and screening along the west property line, minimum building setback line from <br /> the west property line, and prohibiting vehicular access from existing Chat Drive; these matters <br /> will be addressed within said annexation agreement. <br /> In view of the data presented, staff recommends approval of the petition. <br />
