" � -2 - <br /> Whereas, Brady and the City agree that Brady will locate both dealerships on the <br /> above-described premises, or elsewhere within the corporate limits of the City, and the City <br /> will grant the assistance described herein to Brady to facilitate such relocation. <br /> Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations <br /> contained herein, the City and Brady agree as follows: <br /> Section One: Relocation of Dealerships <br /> A. Brady will locate both the Dodge dealership and the Auto Mall dealership, on <br /> the Premises, or within the corporate limits of the City, said location of both dealerships to be <br /> completed not later than two years from the date of this agreement. Brady will operate both <br /> dealerships on the Premises, or within the corporate limits of the Ciry, for not less than 20 <br /> years, from the date of this agreement. <br /> B. If Brady buys any auto dealerships, or any portion or portions thereof, other <br /> than the Dodge dealership or the Auto Mall dealership, and said other auto dealerships are <br /> located and operating in Decatur, then during the term of this agreement, such dealerships <br /> shall remain in Decatur. <br /> Section Two: Auto Mall Lease <br /> A. At such time as the Auto Mall is relocated on the Premises, or within the <br /> corporate limits of the Ciry,Brady will assign to the City all of his right, title and interest in <br /> his lease of the following described properry: <br /> The East U2 of Lot One (1) of Camp and Emrich's Addition of Outlots <br /> to the Village of Forsyth, as per Plat recorded in Book 335>page 524 <br /> of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County,except that <br /> part dedicated to the Village of Forsyth for Weaver Road right-of-way <br /> and to the State of Illinois for FA-412 (U.S. Route 51) right-of-way. <br /> (Except coal and other minerals underlying the surface of said land and <br /> a11 rights and easements in favor of the Estate of said coal and other <br /> minerals). <br /> and <br /> The North 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Lot Two (2) of Camp and Emrich's <br /> Addition of Outlots to the Village of Forsyth, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 335,page 524 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County,except that part dedicated to the State of Illinois for FA-412 <br /> (U.S. Route 51) right-of-way.
