. ,' Z <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> The Federal Transit Administration is required by 49 U.S.C. § 5307 to enter into a formal <br /> agreement with the Designated Recipient for projects the Designated Recipient does not <br /> carry out directly. The Grant Recipient under this Grant Agreement is not the Designated <br /> Recipient. Therefore,the Designated Recipient, in accordance with 49 U.S.C. § 5307 <br /> hereby agrees to permit the Grant Recipient under this Grant Agreement to receive and <br /> dispense the Federal funds described in this Grant Agreement.
