This <br /> vehicle will replace a 1990 Dodge Shadow currently in use. <br /> The alternate bid submitted by Green Chevrolet does not meet City of Decatur specifications. <br /> They bid a vehicle in stock that is purple in color. <br /> The second low bid of Green Chevrolet meets City of Decatur specifications and is white in <br /> color. It is staff recommendation to accept the bid of Green Chevrolet to furnish one (1) 1998 <br /> Chevrolet Astro mini van for$18,712.50. <br />
