Maps, drawings, reports, records, audits, annual reports, and otl�cr data that are available in <br /> the files of OWNER and which may be useful in the work involved under this Agreement. <br /> B. Access to puUlic and across private property when required in perfortnance of Engineer's ', <br /> services. '' <br /> C. Work area at the South Water Treatment Plant for Engineer during study. <br /> D. Services of at least one of OWNER's employees who has the right of entry to, and wl�o has <br /> knowledge of, the existing OWNER's facilities. <br /> E.
