Couter, Corparation Counsel <br /> RE: Annexation Agreement <br /> A proposed annexation agreement for property located at the intersection of Brush <br /> College Road and Route 48 is submitted to the Council for the purpose of scheduling a public <br /> hearing thereon, as required by statute. A related proposed agreement concerning the relocation <br /> of two (2) auto dealerships to the area is also included, for your information. <br /> Staff recommends that the hearing on the annexation agreement be scheduled for January <br /> 26, at 6:30 P.M.
