These report <br /> copies are identical to the report transmitted to your office an <br /> December 14, 1995 . <br /> Subsequent to transmitting this report, the Decatur Metropolitan <br /> Exposition Auditorium � Office Buzlding (Civic Center} Authority, <br /> , following our report recommendation hired an asbestos abatemeat <br /> contractor to remove and dispose of the pipe insulation and pipe <br /> fitting insulation noted in our report as suspec� asbestos containing <br /> material (ACM) . <br /> On Mdy 6, 199b I inspected the sits and noticed a sma12 portion af <br /> pipe insulation remaining and noted this in a fax message to Ann <br /> Brunson, General Manaqer of the Civic Center.
