structural condition of any structure upon the real estate <br /> including, but not limited to, walls, flooring, water, storage, <br /> sewage, plumbing, electrical or any mechanical system located in, <br /> on or about the real estate. The Authority does not know if there <br /> are any defects in or violation of the City Code of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, as to plumbing, sewer, or drain lines . <br /> 6 . Environmental Re�resentation. (a) The Authority <br /> represents and warrants to the City that neither presently nor <br /> previously, as to the subject premises, is it (nor is it alleged) <br /> by any governmental authority in violation of or delinquent with <br /> respect to any law or regulation of or agreement with any <br /> governmental authority with respect to the environment (including, <br /> without limitation, laws and regulations relating to toxic or <br /> hazardous waste treatment, storage, disposal, generation and <br /> transportation, air, water, and noise pollution, ground water <br /> contamination, the handling, storage or release into the <br /> environment of toxic or hazardous materials) . There has been no <br /> spill, discharge, leak, emission, injection, escape, dumping or <br /> release of any toxic or hazardous substances, or any pollutant or <br /> n an <br /> are there now or revious ly bee y <br /> contaminant by any persons nor P <br /> underground (and not viewable from the surface) tanks or enclosures <br /> of any nature or kind which do or have contained any material, <br /> liquid, air of any nature or kind. The Authority further <br /> represents and warrants that the subject property has not been used <br /> at any time for dumping or disposal of refuse, trash, waste, <br /> debris, rubbish, garbage or any material or liquid of any nature or <br /> kind. , <br /> (b) Asbestos .
