R97-146 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> DeWITT COUNTY AND CISCO WELL FIELD STUDY <br /> CITY PROJECT 9717 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City desires to have a study completed for City Project 9717, <br /> DeWitt County and Cisco Well Field Study. <br /> Section 2. That the agreement for engineering services with the firm of Layne <br /> GeoSciences, Inc., be accepted. I <br /> Section 3.
