ATTACHMENT A: SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The full range of services contemplated for this project are described in the attached <br /> proposal. The exact scope of work can not be definitely determined until the results of the <br /> investigation have been reviewed. We have recommended a scope of services that we <br /> believe may reasonably accomplish the goals of this project. This scope will deSne the <br /> terms of this contract but will be subject to modification with your approval if deemed <br /> necessary during the course of the project. The scope of services for this project shall <br /> consist of the following: <br /> Task 1, Compilation of Existing Data, This task will be conducted as per the description in <br /> the attached proposal. <br /> Task 2, Evaluate Condition of E�usting Wells. One step drawdown test will be performed <br /> on the well chosen for the subsequent pumping test. The step drawdown test will be <br /> performed as per the methods described in the proposal. The City will pay for the fuel for <br /> the test. <br /> Task 3, Measure Aquifer Parameters. A single seven day constant rate pumping test will <br /> be performed according to the methods described in th� proposal. A total of three <br /> monitoring wells will be installed. The City will pay for the fuel used in the test. <br /> Tasks 4, 5, 6, and 9 will be performed as per the description in the proposal. <br /> The scope of services as described in this attachment will be performed for the lump sum <br /> cost of$98,000.00. Additional step drawdown tests and analysis will be conducted for a <br /> lump sum cost of$4,300.00 per test, assuming they are performed as part of the original <br /> mobilization. Additional five day constant rate pumping tests and analysis will be <br /> conducted for a lump sum cost of$27,050.00 per test. Additional services performed at <br /> your request beyond the scope of the original proposal will be conducted at the per unit <br /> rates on the attached fee schedule. <br /> Task 7, the optional 30 day pumping test with analysis and additional modeling will be <br /> conducted as described in the proposal at your request for an additional cost of <br /> $97,000.00. The City will pay for the fuel. <br /> Task 8, the optional on-site training will be provided at your request as described in the <br /> proposal for an additional $6,010.00, including a licensed copy of the modeling software. <br />
