RESOLUTION NO. R97-137 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CONVEYANCE <br /> OF HOMESTEAD PROPERTY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the property commonly known as 1421 West Decatur conveyed to <br /> that person(s)who contracted for the purchase of same from the City of Decatur through the <br /> City's Homestead Program, the Council finding that the provisions of said contract has <br /> been substantially complied with by said parties, <br /> SECTION 2.
