Swanson, City Engineer <br /> SUBJECT: Water Agreements; 1492 West Arbor Drive, 2727 Southland Road, <br /> 4334 North Taylor Avenue, 4335 North Taylor Avenue, and <br /> 4675 North Taylor Avenue <br /> An item on the agenda for the meeting of Monday, July 21, 1997, is a Resolution approving <br /> Water Service Agreements for the property owners at 1492 West Arbor Drive, 2727 Southland <br /> Road, 4334 North Taylor Avenue, 4335 North Taylor Avenue, and 4675 North Taylor Avenue, <br /> outside the City limits. A plat showing all of the pertinent data, legal descriptions and the form of <br /> the a reements are attached. The services would ta an existin line ad'acent to these ro erties. <br /> g P � J P P <br /> These five individual water agreements would increase the number of individual water <br /> agreements that the City has from 25 to 30. In addition, the City has 17 water agreement districts <br /> totaling 456 properties of which 300 of these properties have agreed to be included in a district. <br /> Our records show that 233 of the 300 properties have connected to the City's water system and <br /> are being billed. The remaining 156 properties may, at anytime, request to be connected to the <br /> City's water system subject to paying all appropriate charges and fees. These requests are <br /> processed administratively and require only the City Manager's approval. <br /> Staff will be available at the meeting to answer any questions you may have. <br /> cc: Farrell Trout, Chief Drafter <br />
