13 . Termination. Either party hereto may terminate this <br /> Agreement upon sixty days ' prior written notice to the other party. <br /> 14. Services Furnished. The Authority shall, in carrying out <br /> the terms of this Agreement: <br /> (a) Furnish prompt, safe, efficient and courteous service <br /> adequate to meet all demands for its services required under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> (b) Furnish said service on a fair, equal and non-discrim- <br /> inatory basis to all users thereof. <br /> (c) Provide attendants having a neat and clean appearance at <br /> all times . <br /> (d) Maintain a close watch over attendants to insure that <br /> they shall discharge their duties in a safe, courteous and <br /> efficient manner and maintain a high standard of safety and service <br /> to the public. <br /> (e) Use its best efforts in every proper manner to maintain <br /> and develop the business conducted by its hereunder and to increase <br /> the same. <br /> -7- <br />
