future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, <br /> whether due to negligence or otherwise, resulting from or arising <br /> out of DMHC' s use of the premises . <br /> 7 . Indemnification. To the extent provided by law, DMHC <br /> shall indemnify and hold harmless the City and its Council members, <br /> officers, employees or agents in both individual and official <br /> capacities, from all claims for bodily injury, death or proper�y <br /> damage resulting from or arising out of DMHC' s use of the premises, <br /> and from all costs, demands, suits, losses, attorneys' fees and . � <br /> liabilities incurred in or about any sucfi claims for bodily injury, <br /> death or property damage, or any action or proceeding brought <br /> thereon. <br /> 8 . Insurance Rec�uirements . DMHC shall obtain at its <br /> expense, and keep in force during the term of this Lease, <br /> comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance in <br /> an amount of not less than $1, 000 , 000 single limit, $2, 000, 000 <br /> aggregate, for bodily injury, death and property damage to any one <br /> person and subject to the same limitations for any one occurrence . <br /> The comprehensive general liability policy shall include coverages <br /> for premises and operations, a blanket contractual liability <br /> coverage which includes the indemnification agreement contained in <br /> the next preceding paragraph, broad form property damage, <br /> independent contractors and personal injury liability coverage. <br /> The policy issued for the above described coverages shall name the <br /> City as an additional insured. Such insurance shall not be <br /> canceled prior to the termination of this Agreement . <br /> - 3 - <br />
