Anderson Plaza j <br /> Decatur, Illinois 62523-1196 ', <br /> RE: City of Decatur, Illinois Economic Development Revenue Bonds I <br /> (Decatur Development Com�any Project), dated June 1, 1982 �I <br /> Dear Mr. Couter: �' <br /> Enclosed please find three execution copies of the Release of Mortgage Loan <br /> and Security Agreement (the "Release") which we have prepared in connection with the <br /> refunding of the referenced bonds (the "1982 Bonds"). <br /> The City of Decatur issued its Economic Development Revenue Refunding <br /> Bonds (The Kroger Co.), Series 1992 (the "1992 Bonds") on November 4, 1992, and the <br /> proceeds of the 1992 Bonds were used to refund all of the outstanding 1982 Bonds. The lien <br /> of the Mortgage Loan and Security Agreement should be released of record as there are no <br /> longer any 1982 Bonds outstanding. <br /> Please have the appropriate o�cer of the City execute the Releases and then <br /> forward two copies to Andrew Chiligiris at Chiligiris Title Company, at 220 East Wood <br /> Street, Decatur, Illinois 62523 who will record a copy of it. The third copy is for your <br /> records. <br />
