Interior of structure has been stripped. Open holes in the roof. <br /> Standing open and abandoned. Subject of numerous neighborhood complaints. <br /> 1935 E. Pythian-NSI#9702481. Case started 3-3-97. Standing open and abandoned. Interior full <br /> of garbage and animal droppings. Frequent complaints from neighbors of unknown persons <br /> entering. Water service off since 2-25-97. <br /> 1516 N. ML King Jr.-NSI#9703273. Case started 5-2-97. Standing open and abandoned. Severe <br /> fire damage. Standing open <br /> and abandoned. Severe state of deterioration inside and out. Neighbors complain of unknown <br /> persons entering. Across street from Roosevelt Middle School and accessible to children. <br /> Standing water in basement. <br />
